Chinese mobile phone maker Xiaomi has been long rumored to plan the launch of a new device in its popular Mi series, namely the Xiaomi Mi3, which has been reportedly spotted in benchmarks with an Nvidia Tegra 4 processor inside.

The upcoming smartphone was spotted on the website of GFXBench, where it shows benchmarking results better than those of Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One, it seems.

The mobile phone is also said to pack a full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) touchscreen display, while having its processor clocked in at 1.8GHz.

Furthermore, the handset is said to be powered by Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, unlike the current Xiaomi phones, which are powered by OS flavors up to Android 4.1. Unfortunately, no specific info on when the handset will arrive on shelves has been provided.
