The popular Mi3 smartphone launched by Chinese company Xiaomi will make its debut in the Philippines on June 26, 12 pm. The handset will be available through Lazada Philippines retailer for PhP 10,599 ($240 / €175) outright.

Keep in mind though that Xiaomi will sell the 16GB version of Mi3 and only 3,000 units will be put on sale next week. It’s unclear whether or not the Chinese company will stock the smartphone again if its sells out quickly.

Xiaomi Mi3 will ship with MIUI OS 5.0, which is based on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system, out of the box. It will also pack a powerful 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor complemented by an Adreno 330 graphics processing unit.

The only downside would be the fact that the Mi3 lacks microSD card slot for memory, which means you will be left with only a bit above 11GB of storage for installing apps and games.

The smartphone sports a vibrant 5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution and an impressive 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus, dual-LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording.

It’s also worth mentioning that Xiaomi’s Mi3 packs no less than 2GB of RAM and a huge 3050 mAh non-removable battery that should provide enough autonomy.
