Chinese company Xiaomi sold 35,000 Mi3 devices in India during three consecutive sales. The last one finished in only 2 seconds, which means that those who managed to reserve a unit have been very lucky.

Today, Xiami has announced that it will offer another batch of Mi3 smartphones on August 12. This time, the company has confirmed it will sell no less than 20,000 Xiaomi Mi3 devices, which is the highest amount since the launch of the smartphone in India.

Those who want a chance to reserve a Xiaomi Mi3 handset must register their interest on Flipkart’s webpage and hope that they will be able to get the smartphone in the cart before the sale is over.

Just as for the previous sale, Xiaomi has announced that the next 20,000 Mi3 units will be put on sale on August 12 starting at 2PM local hour.

We can safely assume that the smartphone will be sold out in a matter of seconds once again, but those who think of themselves as being lucky people might want to give it a try.

Xiaomi Mi3 is a high-end smartphone that’s been priced at Rs 13,999 ($225 / €170) outright. The handset is powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and 2GB of RAM. It packs 16GB of internal memory and a vibrant 5-inch full HD display.
