The experience can't match up to the Wii U and its GamePad

Rayman Legends Creator Michel Ancel believes that the Xbox SmartGlass technology isn't as responsive as the Wii U's GamePad, meaning the game can't replicate the experience of the Wii U on the Xbox 360.

Rayman Legends is out later this year for the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and PS Vita, even if it was initially set to be a Wii U exclusive, largely because it relied a lot on the console's GamePad controller.

While the experience can be recreated on the Xbox 360 through the Xbox SmartGlass technology and a tablet, the setup isn't responsive enough, according to creator Michael Ancel, who talked with Shacknews.

According to him, SmartGlass needs to have a higher fidelity and speed, not to mention more users than today, as not a lot of people employ the experience alongside their Xbox 360.

As such, only the Wii U version will contain bonus experiences with the GamePad.
