The development team at Rare says that the Kinect motion tracking system integrated in the new Xbox One can support future games based on the studio's most important intellectual properties, including Viva Pinata, Banjo Kazooi,e and Conker.

Simon Woodroffe, a producer working at Rare, tells The Official Xbox Magazine that "There’s quite a lot of desire to do that, and Viva Pinata, Conker… Banjo’s very popular internally, a lot of people want to do stuff with Banjo."

He also believes that Kinect is a powerful new opportunity for his team because they can search and create new game modes that players will be enchanted with.

Since Rare was by Microsoft the company has been focused on creating titles that can be played using the motion tracking tech.

At the moment, the studio is working on Kinect Sports Rivals, a title that will be launched at some point in 2014.
