Microsoft has confirmed that the Xbox One Party Chat feature will receive some much needed improvements to make it easier to use and understand.

The Xbox One came out last month in 13 countries around the world and Microsoft hyped up its array of new features as well as the returning options from the Xbox 360 current-gen console.

Among the systems that made a comeback is the Party Chat one, which allows players to talk to each other across different games.

Unfortunately, on the Xbox One, the new iteration of the system is a bit confusing to use and rather clunky when coupled with certain games, like Ryse: Son of Rome.

Microsoft's Larry Hryb has now confirmed on Reddit that a meeting concerning the Party chat system took place recently and that improvements will be revealed soon enough.

"I had a meeting today about much of this and I can say that things will get better. I can't offer a timeline of a list of what till be addressed first, but we are aware of the issue and things will get better," he said.

No word yet on when the improvements will go live.
