The next-gen console might be released this winter with a very high price

The Xbox One will be released on December 5 and will cost 600 EUR (around 771 USD), at least according to a Spanish retailer.

The Xbox One was confirmed to the world last week, but Microsoft declined to say just when exactly the next-gen console is going to appear and what price it will have.

Besides a late 2013 release period, there have been a few reports recently, including a slip-up from a Microsoft employee that mentioned a December release for the Xbox One.

Now, Spanish retailer Xtralife has posted a listing for the Xbox One, pinning a December 5 launch date on the next-gen console, as well as a price of 600 EUR (around 771 USD).

While the price may be a placeholder until Microsoft offers official details, the release date is quite particular and might actually be real.

Microsoft hasn't commented on the listing.
