A brand new serious error with the Xbox One next-gen console has been reported by new owners, in the form of the so-called Green Screen of Death, which is actually a green screen with the Xbox One logo displayed by the console when it gets stuck at the start-up phase.

The Xbox One was released worldwide in 13 countries yesterday, November 22, and immediately new owners started reporting various issues with their devices.

After the already infamous faulty Blu-ray drive, which doesn't actually play game discs, instead generating a scary sound, a new error has appeared online, in the form of the Green Screen of Death.

As you can see above, via FuriousFanboy, the error is represented by a green screen with the Xbox One logo.

The image appears when the console starts and many owners report that their device just freezes, without doing anything else.

No solution has been shared by Microsoft as of yet.
