The Xbox Live service from Microsoft is currently experiencing a number of problems linked to downloadable content payment via credit card and the matchmaking system, which Microsoft is currently investigating.

The team states on its official page that “Don’t be sad! Our team is all over this. We’ll have you back to buying with reckless abandon as soon as possible.”

More information about the problem is expected to be delivered soon, probably along with a solution.

It seems that matchmaking issues are mostly affecting those who are interested in playing Minecraft.

Xbox Live is very important to the overall health of the Xbox 360 home console, and Microsoft needs to have the service up and running with no problems in order to keep gamers satisfied with their experience.
