Or at least their players get some extra options for conveying sound to their eardrums

Owners of game consoles, particularly the Xbox 360, now have a slightly wider range of audio products to choose from, as Sennheiser has contributed the X 320 and X2.

X2 is a single-sided headset designed to be durable and cost-accessible, while the X 320 is the high-end one, with a noise-canceling microphone, among other things.

Speaking of the X 320, it has amplified stereo sound, dual volume control (adjusts the game audio and fellow player voices separately) and an automatic microphone mute feature (when the boom is raised, it is shut off without having to press buttons).

The street price of the X2 is said to be $29.95, while the X 320 ships for $149.95.

In Europe, that would be 22 Euro and 112 Euro, respectively, if companies actually bothered reflecting exchange rates that is (things in Europe commonly cost more than conversions would imply, alas).
