Peter Molyneux, one of the best known game developers of the moment, says that he will take part in the May 21 event where Microsoft will reveal the next generation of Xbox home consoles.

The developer tells Eurogamer that, "I’m sworn to secrecy here. It should be really good fun, and maybe slightly contentious."

He adds, "You won’t see me on Microsoft’s stage. I can categorically say, I’m the last person they will want on their stage."

Apparently, the developer is not currently considering creating an experience exclusive to the Xbox 720. He has a long history of collaborating exclusively with Microsoft since he was the leader of developer Lionhead and worked on Fable.

At the moment, Molyneux is working on Godus, which was funded via Kickstarter and should be launched late during this year.
