I guess that many of you Xbox 360 owners already have a wireless controller or two. But still, if there are some of you who don't have one yet, know that you can get one on Amazon for a little over 30 bucks, as Kotaku reports.

The exact price is US$ 37.99, and it comes with free shipping. The advertisement reads that if you want to ensure delivery by December 22, you have to choose FREE Super Saver Shipping. The package will come in three to five days, and of course, this offer is available only for US residents. You can also choose for the controller to be gift-wrapped, but I can't tell you if Amazon will charge you extra.

Apparently, this Amazon deal saves you US$ 12.00, as the previous price listing for this wireless controller was US$ 49.99. Sure, you can get a pair of wireless 360 controllers for US$ 74.99 at Sam's club, but what if you are all alone on the holidays? There's no need for an extra one.

Keep in mind that this is a great deal, as the 360 wireless controller is still US$ 59.99 at Amazon Canada. If you don't have an Xbox 360, don't pout! You will soon be able to hook up the Xbox 360 wireless controller to your PC, because a wireless receiver is set to be released in 2007.

Many of you Xbox 360 gamers will probably buy one and use it to play Gears of War. It is no surprise that this shooter is selling so well, I want to remind you that it has reached the 2 million units sold landmark, as Microsoft bundling their console and over-bundling it, in order to counteract the PlayStation 3 effect.
