Zelda, Metal Gear, Kane and Lynch...

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Although we're a tad late, we give our US pals the best wishes as we have a look at what's new on those leaked games list. Let me start by saying "buy, buy, buy" while referring to those titles, since we don't encourage piracy, which is harming game developers to the point of making some of them bankrupt. This way, the next time you decide to download a game, you'll probably want to know that Atari's approaching an end-game, ready to go bankrupt.

Back to those leaked titles, I must say that I'm surprised to see folks ripping games and uploading them on various torrent sites, even on Thanksgiving day. Shouldn't they be out having a beer or eating some turkey? It puzzled me to see that most of the illegal titles available for download are PSP games, which probably shows 2 things:

1 PSP games are easy to rip, so Sony should use better UMD protections

2 There are many PSP releases at this time of the year. To make it short, here's the list of games that got leaked, the most surprising leak of all being "Link's Crossbow Training":

- F.E.A.R Files

- Kane and Lynch Dead Men

- Warhammer 40.000 Squad Command

- Sonic Rivals 2

- Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops Plus

- Medal of Honor Heroes 2

- Link's Crossbow Training

The Wii title Link's Crossbow Training is probably no good for you, especially if you're an illegal downloader, because it should be played with the Wii Zapper and you won't have the controller if you got the game from the Internet. Basically it's like downloading Guitar Hero III and playing it without a controller: no fun! That's probably the best way to stop piracy right now, by releasing a new controller each time a famous and original title comes out. Seems that Nintendo is keen on this idea, as they're the most famous piracy fighter of the gaming industry.
