Search-by-date templates are portable, work independent of the system

The fresh update for XYplorer is just a maintenance release (12.40.0200), but the developer managed to improve the file manager by introducing support for Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) for files.

This means that the time reference is the same for all the files regardless of the time-zone since they are all aligned to the same timestamp standard. Obviously, the feature is especially useful for those traveling a lot or exchanging files between different locations of the world.

By applying the “Z” marker for UTC to the time string (e.g. "2013-05-16 15:00:00Z"), users can ensure that the same timestamp is available no matter the DST offset currently active.

Furthermore, now it is possible to search for files by their UTC stamps as the templates for finding files by date are portable and work independently of the host system
