Like many other celebrities, when Christina Aguilera gets drunk, she does it in style. That means that you actually have to read this as follows: she drinks until she drops... literally. But, in contrast to the other stars out there, the 'Hurt' singer knows she shouldn't be photographed in such awkward and embarrassing moments.

If a couple of days ago Britney Spears was seen stumbling to her car in a sea of camera flashes, the wife of music producer Jordan Bratman knew she had too much champagne to drink and asked one of her personal bodyguards to carry her to the car, while she hid her entire body (save the hands and a small lock of her platinum blonde hair) under a jacket.

Aguilera was in London with her tour and decided to give herself a night off entertaining for a change. She and a bunch of her friends hit the posh Kabarets Prophecy club, where she drank and drank until her bar bill amounted to the whopping sum of £ 2,000.

When she wanted to leave and realized that she couldn't trust her legs to carry her no more, she made her escape by being carried away by one of her minders. However, the whole scene was more put to exhaustion rather than on the booze.

A source from inside the club told Britain's 'Daily Mirror': 'Not only is she very little but she was quite tired because she's in the middle of her tour. She only sipped a few glasses of Veuve Clicquot champagne and one vodka shot. Her party still ran up a pretty sizable £2,000 bar bill, mind you.', blaming the stress of the tour as the main cause of the 'incident'.
