These are high-quality memory modules that are XMP compatible

Taipei-headquartered memory company Silicon Power has some interesting new products on display at this year’s Computex show. The modules in question are high-speed DDR3-2400 MHz memories with big aluminum heatspreaders on them.

The modules are perfectly compatible with Intel’s XMP memory profiles that provide functional specifications for speeds greater than 1866 MHz.

Silicon Power’s new DDR3 products reportedly come win 4 GB and 8 GB module versions that are packed in dual-, triple- and quad-channel kits.

Therefore, Silicon Power is clearly thinking about the Nehalem and Westmere users that have invested huge amounts of money in their platforms only to be mocked by Intel and the fact that the CPU company is refusing to provide them with any upgrade option.

Silicon Power provides additional testing and certification with its top-end modules along with massive cooling heatsinks.
