Indian OEM XOLO has just released a small update for its recently launched Q1000 Opus Android smartphone, which is meant to improve picture quality.

As fonearena points out, the update is now pushed OTA (over the air), in stages. The update only has 6.42MB in size, so it shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to download and install it.

According to the official changelog, the update fixes some camera-related bugs that have been affecting the smartphone since release. Here are the main changes in this small update, as they were confirmed by XOLO:

- fixed crash in camera after many times of opening and closing; - fixed problem of camera previous getting stuck after clicking the picture; - fixed crash in face detection library found during monkey test; - autofocus feature improved.
