Not so long ago we brought you news that XOLO was getting ready to launch the XOLO Play Tegra Note tablet in India. The device has already shown up on Flipkart and is currently available for pre-order at the price of 17,999 / $293 / €214.

Now the guys over at FoneArena have received an official invite for the XOLO Play Tegra Note unveiling event, which is scheduled for December 16 (the beginning of next week).

The slate is built upon the NVIDIA Tegra Note 7 prototype and is reportedly the world’s fastest 7-inch slate. The machine is equipped with NVIDIA’s latest Tegra 4 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GPU. XOLO offers 16GB of memory (extendable to 64GB), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0

The slate bundles a stylus that takes advantage of the DirectStylus technology and a cover that can be folded into a stand. If you want to know more, check out our Tegra Note 7 hands-on experience while you wait for the tablet to be unleashed.
