The mobile phone packs a 1.5GHz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 CPU

Mobile phone users in India can now pre-order a new handset from XOLO, none other than the recently teased XOLO Play T1000, which can be seen listed at online retailers in the country with a price tag of Rs. 15,999 ($265 / €206) attached.

Powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, the mobile phone lands on the market with a 4.7-inch HD IPS touchscreen, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, and a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 32GB of additional storage space.

Furthermore, it includes an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back with 1080p video recording capabilities, 2MP front camera for video calling, a 2000 mAh battery that can deliver up to 9 hours of talk time on 3G networks, and Google’s Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean operating system loaded on top.
