It is called HD 7790 Ghost and has a cooler similar to those used for CPUs

At first glance, the XFX Radeon HD 7790 Ghost graphics card looks quite a bit like the reference Radeon HD 7790. It definitely isn't similar though, at least not completely.

While the cooling module does share similarities with the original, the single fan is a bit larger, the shroud is colored differently and doesn't quite hide the heatsink beneath.

According to the company, the custom-designed fansink is more akin to the coolers used by Intel CPUs. The photo above and the gallery below should confirm that.

As for the specifications, they were left unaltered: 1 GHz GPU clock speed (Bonaire), 1 GB of GDDr5 at 6 GHz, a TDP of 85W, 896 stream processors, 16 ROPs, 56 TMUs, and a 128-bit memory interface.

On that note, the price is the same as well: $149.99 / 115.95-149.99 Euro.
