Like all other AMD partners, it has introduced the new range of R-Series adapters

I could say that XFX took a bit long in actually launching the new video boards, but it's only a few days' difference so it won't matter, especially with most other cards still unavailable online.

Anyway, XFX has introduced the R9 280X, R9 270X, R7 260X and R7 250 graphics cards.

Curiously enough, the company said, in its press release, that it has also unveiled the Radeon R9 290X and R9 290, but I think it might have been a mistake to say so when AMD hasn't launched those two itself.

They're only supposed to come out on October 15, or around that time next week anyhow. Maybe XFX was just getting the announcement out of the way.

Anyway, XFX outfitted the R9 280X and 270X with dual-fan coolers, and the others with single-fan modules. Check out the details on the Radeon R9/R7 XFX product page.
