14 DAY TRIAL // Comcast Interactive Media has released XFINITY TV Remote 1.16, a new version of the company’s TV app for iOS that allows customers to control their TV, search TV listings, browse movies and TV shows in XFINITY On Demand, and schedule DVR recordings.
XFINITY TV Remote lets you view customized TV listings by area, browse thousands of titles on XFINITY On Demand, search for any TV show or movie (using Channel Keypad, Date & Time Picker, and Favorite Channels), as well as filter content by genre, network, HD, etc.
Version 1.16 is now available with support for iDevices that boast 4-inch displays, including the iPhone 5 and the fifth-generation iPod touch. The update also contains stability and bug fixes, according to Comcast Interactive Media.
XFINITY TV Remote works with any iDevice that can handle iOS 4.3 or later.
