The game might be revealed in the coming weeks under a new name

Although there’s no official information on what Take Two wants to do with the XCOM first-person shooter franchise in the coming months, a teaser campaign continues with a new video that links the game with the meteorite that has struck Russia earlier in the year.

The link between the game and the video is offered by the name of the account, which echoes the “what happened in 62” tag line that Take Two connected to a number of registered websites.

The publisher has sought to take offline all content linked to the previous incarnation of the game, which was supposed to arrive in early 2012 using cooperative mechanics.

Rumors suggest that the new project will be called The Bureau and will be more action-driven.

It’s unclear what the connection will be to the Firaxis-developed XCOM: Enemy Unknown turn-based strategy game.
