XCOM: Enemy Unknown Slingshot DLC Now Available on Steam

As expected, publisher 2K Games has just released Slingshot, the first story-driven DLC for XCOM: Enemy Unknown.

The new content is available on Steam for €6.5, which might seem overpriced for players who are addicted by the XCOM series.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown Slingshot DLC offers players the chance to play a new set of three linked Council missions.

While attempting to repel the alien invasion in Slingshot, players will meet an enigmatic Triad operative, divert an alien ship’s course, and do battle with the aliens in the skies over China.

Furthermore, the content pack also comprises various customization options, along with a brand new soldier with a unique voice and background story.

Keep in mind that aside PC, this expansion pack is available on the PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles. Check out the PC version here.
