The latest episode of X Factor showed that, with some contestants, some things are even more sacred than friendship. Abbey Johnston and Lisa Parker came to blows on stage as one of them criticized temp judge Natalie Imbruglia.

Abbey and Lisa, 18 and 17, came on stage to say how they were best friends looking to give their singing dreams a shot. They even presented themselves as the band Ablisa.

However, as the Daily Mail can confirm, they didn’t even get started on the singing part when audiences were already booing them for a comment they made about Louis Walsh being “old.”

Abbey, clearly not happy with her friend’s loud mouth and her yelling at the crowd to “Shut up!,” passed her the mic and stormed off stage.

She came back, though – but only perhaps because she had other things to do and tantrums to throw.

“After a poor performance of Shayne Ward’s That’s My Goal and managing to insult some of the judging panel, things turned sour when Abbey hit her friend across the face,” the Mail says.

In other words, the duo performed but was booed by the crowd and, of course, had to face criticism for the judges. Even before they did so, though, Lisa wanted to stress that she personally didn’t care about what anyone had to say.

“Simon Cowell takes the pair to task, telling them they have ‘the worst attitude’ of any contestants ever and things go from bad to worse as Abbey lashes out at Lisa before leaving the stage,” writes the Mail.

It was Natalie’s comment that their performance was “not good” that got the two aspiring singers set against each other, as Lisa asked “And who are you, may I ask?”

Abbey didn’t take kindly to that and again made to the exit. Before she left though, she turned around and punched her “best friend” in the face, a gesture that left audiences and the judges in complete shock.

“A show spokesman said producers broke up the ‘heated’ dispute during auditions filmed at Birmingham’s LG Arena in June,” the Mail notes.

As you may remember, word of this incident first got out in June – as we also reported – but, at the time, not a peep was heard about the girls punching each other.

Below is the video for Ablisa’s audition. Enjoy.

...and Europeans say that Americans are fat and stupid. Did you see her entire family?

At least they finally got braces over in England.

Actually, just because a specific group of people that you see are overweight this can not really be used as a generalisation. On the other hand statistics show that a very large percentage of Americans are indeed overweight. Therefore it is right for Europeans to believe as such.

The "English people have bad teeth" generalisation is based on long ago before modern dentistry and other mod cons, and the same could be easily witnessed in the US around the same time. These days, it is clearly unsubstantiated. Way to prove the "Americans are dumb" stereotype. You make your own country look bad; shame on you.
