Wreckless: The Yakuza Missions Secrets and Unlockables (Xbox)

Wreckless: The Yakuza Missions is a video game on GameCube, Xbox and PlayStation 2. This game is a driving game which the player completes missions in downtown Hong Kong. The game's then-groundbreaking graphics for the Xbox made it successful for that console. However, the GameCube and PlayStation 2 versions suffered from performance issues (as it had been designed with the Xbox in mind) and did not sell well.

Set in Hong Kong, the player plays as either an elite police unit attempting to crack down on Yakuza operations, or as a pair of spies hired to take down Tiger Takagi, the head of the Hong Kong Yakuza. The game did not specify the name of the location, the list here gives the respective name of the actual location in Hong Kong. This title maps a significant portion of Hong Kong into the game. Many important landmarks and even some major streets are in the game itself.

AUV - Complete the A-9 mission

Dragon SPL - Complete the A-1 mission

Music Test - Beat all 20 missions

Super Car - Complete the B-1 mission

Tiger SPL - Complete the A-8 mission

Use any unlocked car in any scenario - To use any car you've unlocked in any Scenario (example: using Scenario A cars in Scenario B) simply beat all 20 missions. Then, as you keep pressing left or right on the car selection screen, the other scenarios' cars will appear.

Yakuza Car - Complete the B-8 mission

Secrets

Big-4WD Vehicle
To get the ''Big-4WD'' vehicle, locate the green question mark symbol on the map of Mission A-4. To actually get to its location, you'll have to use the inclines of the construction area to jump over a short brick wall. There should be an area with green grass and a pavement incline going up. Follow the incline and drop down the hole to the left. Follow the nav point to the vehicle parked within the sewer and ram into it; then finish the level. Upon completion of the level, you will be rewarded with the ''Big-4WD'' vehicle.

Note: You MUST complete the level to unlock this vehicle. You can't simply smash into the vehicle, then quit the level.

Big-Truck Vehicle
To get the ''Big-Truck'' vehicle, locate the blue question mark symbol on the map of Mission B-3. To get up to the showcase room where the truck is, you'll have to use a ramp about a block away. The best car to use in this case is the Yakuza-Car, since it gets a lot of air while still maintaining stability. Once you're up there, ram into the Big-Truck vehicle; then complete the level. Upon completion of the level, you will be rewarded with the ''Big-Truck'' vehicle.

Note: You MUST complete the level to get this vehicle. You can't simple smash into it, then quit the level.

Change filters to play with during Driving and Replays.
Press down on the D-Pad during replays and gameplay repeatedly to change the graphical filter (Black and white, Negative, Hazy, Garbled, Green).

Taxi Vehicle
To get the ''Taxi'' vehicle, locate the green question mark symbol on the map of Mission A-7 (it should be about 80% through the race route). You'll have to look carefully for an opening in one of the buildings (you'll have to break through some glass to actually get inside). When you locate the Taxi within the building, ram into it then complete the level. Upon completion of the level, you will be rewarded with the ''Taxi'' vehicle.

Note: You MUST complete the level to unlock this vehicle. You can't simply smash into it, then quit the level.

Vaultsafe Vehicle
To get the ''Vaultsafe'' vehicle locate the blue question mark symbol on the map of Mission B-2. Once you get to its location, the Vaultsafe vehicle will be parked. Ram into it (which should erase the nav. point over it) and finish the level. Upon completion of the level, you will be awarded with the ''Vaultsafe'' vehicle.

Note: You MUST complete the level to get this vehicle. You can't simply smash into it, then quit the level.
