Wrapstar has just revealed today an interesting partnership between them and Game Australia, in an effort to stock 18 Wrapstar designs from the range for
PlayStation Portable (PSP) and
Nintendo DS Lite in Australian stores. Wrapstar skins are a distinctive way of refreshing and customizing tired old gaming machines and iPods and create a highly personalized piece of
hardware.
Made of top quality cast-vinyl, the skins are easily applied and quickly removed leaving no trace of sticky goo on your console, as the report informs. More than that, superbly designed (as you can see in the image to the left, which you have to click to enlarge) Wrapstar skins will provide everlasting protection for the two respective handhelds, being skinny enough to never thwart player skills or performance.
Robert Lukic, MD Game Australia said, "We are pleased to forge this positive relationship with Wrapstar and look forward to successfully introducing this range of products to Australian consumers." According to the same report, the launch of skins in Australian Game stores follows on from the raving success of Wrapstar in retailers throughout Europe as well as online in the United Kingdom.
Wrapstar Managing Director Max Haddow describes the relationship as being the next exciting step in Wrapstar's quest for world domination: "We are expanding our international reach and we are extremely positive that working with Game in Australia will further this expansion. Game is becoming a global retailer and Wrapstar is very pleased to be working with Game in many of their territories."
Each and every one of them is said to cost no more, no less than (AUS) $14.99, so I guess we're going to see a lot of gaming handhelds dressed up down under. Again, take a look at the picture placed in the upper left side of the article and be amazed at how well the two handhelds look equipped with the new casings, but if you want to check out the whole range of skins stocked by Game Australia plus other Wrapstar designs, click
