It seems that even though Wortmann is seemingly expanding its horizons, it has no intention of slowing down when it comes to its display business, and the company has just unveiled two more monitors.

Wortmann AG has been in the monitor business for a while now, having released one or more new displays about every month.

One of the more interesting ones is also among the most recent, being an LCD Greenline Plus model with a power consumption of 18W.

Still, the company has not been limiting itself to just this market, having even revealed a tablet running Windows 7.

Now, the same outfit has brought forth two new additions to the Terra Greenline Plus series of LED-backlit liquid crystal displays.

They are known as 2240W and 2440W and come with screen sizes of 21.5 inches and 23.6 inches, respectively.

When it comes to image quality, they both have a native resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels and, thus, can be said to have complete support for any sort of HD or Full HD multimedia.

Additionally, their dynamic contrast ratio is of 10,000,000:1, while the response time is of 5ms and the brightness of 250 cd/m2.

What's more, the new Terra Greenline Plus monitors can brag about more than just image quality, as they also come with the very important asset known as a high energy efficiency.

In fact, they waste little enough power as to have already been granted the TCO 5.1 and Energy Star 5.0 certifications.

Finally, the newcomers boast a glossy piano black finish and a thin frame while connecting to video cards through D-Sub and DVI ports.

The Wortmann AG Terra Greenline newcomers should already be available online, or will show up shortly, at prices of 185 Euro (2240W) and 215 Euro (2440W) while being accompanied by a three-year warranty.
