14 DAY TRIAL // Worms Revolution, the latest installment in Team17's classic franchise, is now free to download and play on the PC platform this weekend, as all users of the Steam service can try out the title for free and even buy it with a 50% discount.
The Worms franchise delivered a variety of great experiences over the years but also quite a few not so impressive installments.
The latest title, Worms Revolution, did much to improve the state of the series, as it kept the retro mechanics but added a variety of new systems, including better physics effects for things like water.
Now, Team17 has confirmed that Worms Revolution is free to download and play via the Steam service until Sunday, April 21, at 1PM PST.
What's more, in case you really like the new game, Worms Revolution also received a 50% discount on Steam, so you can get it on the cheap.
