World's Thinnest iPhone 4 Battery Case Ships Today

Powerskin has announced the availability of its MiLi Powerspring, the world’s highest capacity external battery for iPhone 4, according to a list of specifications posted by the company.

“You and your iPhone 4G can experience amazing moments with the latest MiLi PowerSpring 4 Extended Battery,” the description reads at powerskin.co.uk.

“Enjoy internet surfing, phone calls, music and movies without worrying about shortage of battery,” Powerskin notes.

/>The tool can even be used to maximize the iPhone’s vibration features, the company claims.

Just like its predecessors, the iPhone 4 boasts a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery which charges via USB to a computer system or power adapter.

It offers up to 7 hours of talk time on 3G, and up to 14 hours on 2G. Standby time is around 300 hours.

Internet use goes up to 6 hours on 3G, and up to 10 hours on Wi-Fi. Video playback is roughly10 hours. Audio playback - up to 40 hours.

MiLi PowerSpring 4 Extended Battery can extend video playback time by 5.4 hours, audio by 19 hours, and Internet surfing by almost four hours, Powerskin suggests.

The Mili PowerSpring 4 starts shipping today for for $85 on Amazon, where the giant retailer posts the following key features:
