Indian Ramjit Raghav broke his own record as he became the oldest man to father a child ever, at 96. Two years ago, he was awarded the title for oldest living father, when he became a father for the first time.

The pensioner's wife and the mother of his children is more than 40 years younger than him. She is the last in a series of girlfriends, as Ramjit confesses. He chose a younger lover after his exes all passed away from old age, the Daily Mail informs.

“I took her under my wing and taught her some yoga and we fell in love. Many of my past girlfriends had died so I had never married and then I asked Shakuntala to be my wife,” Raghav boasted.

Shakuntala gave birth for the second time at 54. The couple lives in Haryana, 31 miles from Delhi, India. When they arrived at the Government hospital in Haryana, doctors couldn't believe the ages of the parents.

“They just laughed but they were very surprised,” the man said.

Ramjit claims to still be very active under the sheets, and doesn't plan to let prejudice about his age stop him.

“I do it three or four times a night. My neighbors are jealous and they keep asking me for my secret but all I tell them is that it is God's will,” he says, with pride. He explains that he relies on a daily diet of almonds, butter and milk to keep him healthy.

Wife Shakuntala is not frightened about the fact that the father of her children is almost 100 years old, as she dubs him caring and loving.

“He doesn't seem old to me, he can make love like any 25-year-old man, even better because he can go on all night, and he makes a wonderful father,” she says.

The couple have, however, had to put their love life on hold for a while, with the arrival of their son in the world.

“I will go on all night but for the sake of my child I've put our needs aside for now,” Ramjit explained.
