Susanne Eman, the Arizona woman who, some time ago, claimed that she wanted to become the world's fattest just so she could prove fat could also mean healthy, has found love. She's about to be married – to a cook, no less.

The 33-year-old mother of two talked to the British tabloid the Daily Mail about how her life has changed in the last year or so.

She is yet to reach her desired weight that would qualify her as world's fattest, but at least she's found love.

Eman also claims she's never been healthier, even though she's less mobile and often has to rely on a wheelchair to move around.

To make things even better, she's marrying a cook. Parker Clack, 35, loves nothing more than cooking for her and, as he puts it, helping her attain her weight goal, as long as she stays healthy.

That's very important for Eman, the both of them stress for the Mail.

“We are a match made in heaven. I love eating and Parker loves cooking. It's a perfect pairing. I still want to be the fattest woman in the world and Parker is fine with that. He loves larger women and sees how happy I am when I'm eating,” Eman says.

“His cooking skills were definitely part of the attraction. How could I resist a man with talents in the kitchen? His signature dish, spaghetti bolognese, is my favorite. I could eat it all day,” she adds.

They met online and, after exchanging photos and emails, they fell in love. They're now living together, which proves very convenient for Eman because she gets extra help around the house.

“Parker helps by doing the housework too. He does most of the house work, cooking, helps encourage me to go for walks, he goes swimming with me, helps me do anything I have difficulty with,” she explains.

Even so, Eman claims she gets plenty of exercise - “plenty” for someone of her size, that is. She tries to walk every day, does some stretching and sit-ups, because she wants to be fat, not bedridden.

Asked why she set herself such a goal, Eman compares herself to professional athletes – only reversed.

“It's harder to gain than you might think because I'm trying to stay as healthy and active as possible. I've been slowly upping what I eat. It's like an athlete training but instead of training to be harder, I'm making myself softer,” she says.

The Mail has more of the interview and even photos of the couple.
