Watch as bots stampede trying to take over Eye of the Storm

People always try to look for ways to get stuff without putting in the necessary effort, but things rarely spiral out of hand like in the video below.

World of Warcraft has seen its fair share of botting and multiboxing over the years, with people either running multiple instances of the game and controlling several characters at once, or relinquishing control of their character to an automated tool, and farming stuff while away from the computer.

Blizzard has always frowned upon the use of third-party programs, ever since the days when people were doing an absurd number of Mephisto runs using bots in Diablo 2, but it seems that the company is slow to drop the bans.

One of the few things you expect to see when running a battleground in World of Warcraft is a sea of players running around like lemmings, but it seems that one unlucky fellow managed to score a ticket for the one-in-a-million game where both teams are comprised solely out of bots.

YouTube user Zybak’s experience is far from being a usual one within the realm of Blizzard Entertainment’s massively multiplayer online role-playing game, but the truth is that there are a lot of people using automation tools to farm honor points, especially at night.
