Say what you will but, by all standards, Katie Price is in very fine shape. Even her biggest critics admit that, if it weren’t for the unnatural implants and the heavy makeup, Price would be a fine woman, so it’s only understandable why she’d want to offer women buying her latest book, a style guide called “Standing Out,” tips on how to get a body like hers.

Excerpts made public to the British publication the Daily Mail show that Price’s style guide tackles anything from how to replicate her makeup to how to recreate some of the outfits that have gotten her headlines in style publications all over the world (regardless of the fact they were mostly included in the “(Style) Don’t” section). Attention is also paid to the working out and dieting chapters, so that all women looking to be as slim and toned as Price can stand good chances at it.

“I started a new regime about three weeks ago and I’ve got a fitness trainer coming to my house three times a week. I do Powerplate at home and I’ve just started doing Vikram yoga which is pretty hardcore and I do regular six mile runs although I’m not telling you where or when or I’ll get trailed by the paps whilst I’m trying to keep fit. Weirdly though, ever since I did the London Marathon my body seems to have gone kaput. The more exercise I do the bulkier I seem to get and my legs are definitely bigger now and my jeans are tighter and I don’t like it at all,” Price herself says of her workout routine.

Where diets are concerned, Price says she’s not very familiar with them. “I’ve never been on a specific diet and I pretty much eat what I want which is usually wintry, comfort food like shepherds pies although my favorite at the moment is the Black Cod from Nobu which is amazing. I haven’t got a sweet tooth which is lucky so I just eat whatever is put in front of me although I’m not a fan of salads as I just feel hungry again 20 minutes later,” the model explains.

This means that she tries to keep her diet healthy and balanced, avoiding oscillating between periods when she eats too little and periods when she stuffs herself. Since she doesn’t restrict herself when it comes to food, the model makes sure she gets plenty of exercise, either on her own or in a gym with her personal trainer.
