A woman from Bellevue, Washington was able to check on her house with a security app connected to two cameras, and she watched a robbery in real time.

Melissa Hasley was spending the weekend in Sun Valley, Idaho with her husband when she received an alarm.

She connected to the stream and watched an intruder wearing a ski mask as he was rummaging through her garage.

He already had bags filled up with their possession, and he was trying to grab one of her husband's expensive bicycles.

You can watch the video of the robbery on the website of the Dropcam company which produces the cameras.

According to Komo News, a neighbor was supposed to check on her dogs while she was away but Hasley called her and told her not to go in.

The neighbor called the police who rushed to the home, but the intruder had time to get away. He did leave all of the family's valuables behind, though.
