14 DAY TRIAL // 24-year-old Erica Swindlehurst and husband Mark, 30, got a bit of a fright when she took her 27-week baby scan to see what looked like a rubber ducky stuck inside her.
The couple live in the small town of Harpenden, Herts, in Hertfordshire, England, and both work as supermarket attendants, the Sun reports.
The ducky turned out to be just an optical illusion, but its position, right underneath the unborn baby, is what the soon-to-be parents found most puzzling.
“It looks like the baby has got a toy to play with already,” Erica said to the Sun editors.
Just two weeks ago, a woman from Brasil believed she saw her dead mother in law appear on her baby's ultrasound. The father believed the soul of the dead grandmother was protecting the child.
