This is one Facebook user who will be hard to unfriend. One woman from The Netherlands, who goes by the name of “susy87” on YouTube, got herself a brand new tattoo: the faces of the 152 closest friends she has on the social networking site.

As the video below will confirm, “susy87” went for a sleeve tattoo that includes all 152 profile pics of her friends.

Presumably, she feels close enough to them to have their faces inked on her arm for the rest of her life – at least, close enough to thank them at the end of the video for making this possible for her.

The video doesn’t show the face of the woman or reveal too much about her, but she’s already at the receiving end of lots of animosity in online communities for her “stupid” (yet still somewhat cool-looking gesture).

Gawker, for instance, writes that, if this is a trend, it has to stop now, before it gets too out of control – if it hasn’t already.

“Ugh. If this is going to become a trend, then Facebook needs to add a privacy setting that lets you not allow people to get your Facebook profile picture tattooed on a person’s arm,” it writes.

Buzzfeed, on the other hand, points out that the implications of such a tattoo are too many to take in at once.

“Wait… wut? Wwwwwwhhhhyyyyyyyyy? The logistics of this confuse me. What if you unfriend them? Or they change their photo? Or ten years from now Facebook doesn’t exist?” it writes, enumerating only some of the issues the woman in question might stumble upon a few years from now.

However, as noted above, “susy87” is only one of the many Facebook lovers who went ahead and got some Facebook-inspired permanent tattoo.

Earlier this year, for instance, rapper T-Pain got a “like” tattoo on his arm, which he proudly showed off on Twitter, as we also informed you at the time.

*Update [June 9, 2011]: The Facebook tattoo is a hoax - a PR stunt actually, to drum up publicity for the tattoo parlor.
