14 DAY TRIAL // Sony has just posted a fresh cinematic video that will serve as the introduction for Wipeout 2048, the upcoming futuristic racer that’s scheduled to appear on the PlayStation Vita.
The Wipeout series has impressed millions of gamers from all around the world with its sci-fi racing experience and, in order to show off the exact premise, the team at Sony’s Studio Liverpool has showed off a special cinematic video.
In the footage above, you can admire the past, present and future of racing. The action starts with old speed machines, goes through current sports like Formula 1, and then reaches the world of 2048, in which anti-gravitation technologies allow ships to race through all sorts of environments.
