A faulty Patch Tuesday update has apparently broken down Windows Update on a number of Windows RT devices, but it appears that another issue has been spotted.

Plenty of users are now complaining that the Windows Store doesn’t load at all after applying the latest patches delivered by Microsoft, but it’s not yet clear whether these two bugs are related or not.

“I have a Surface RT that worked like a charm until the last Patch Tuesday updates. After applying all updates delivered to my tablet, I can't download Store apps and sometimes the Store doesn't even launch at all,” one user explained in a post on the Microsoft Support forums.

Microsoft hasn’t provided too many details on the bug, but the company is currently looking into the issue, so expect new information anytime soon.

“I am looking into this issue. I will update when I have something. I am sorry for your trouble,” Uzair Ahmed, a forum member marked as working for Microsoft, explained.
