The area dedicated to online shopping on Windows.com now allows users not only to find and buy products, but also post reviews. The new feature went live on November 17th, 2010 and should be now available for all the products featured on the site.

Microsoft’s Brandon LeBlanc was noting yesterday that the software giant was still in the process of rolling out the new feature.

However Brandon had estimated that reviews for the Windows Shop would already be live ahead of today.

“I wanted to pass along that we have launched customer reviews at the Windows Shop on Windows.com where you can share your experiences with others,” LeBlanc stated.

“On the Windows Shop, you’ll find copies of Windows 7 and Office 2010, as well as deals on PCs and other software for your Windows PC.

“The Windows Shop integrates with Windows PC Scout quick access to help people find the perfect PC and also leverages the online Microsoft Store for purchases of Microsoft software such as Windows 7 and Office 2010 and select PCs.”

Windows Shop on Windows.com deals with not just Windows 7, but also with Windows PCs, devices, additional software and even smartphones.

Customers can head over to the new site to buy new Windows Phone 7 devices from HTC, such as HD7 and the HTC Surround.

At the same time, users can also look for special offers from the Redmond company and its partners.

For the time being, the site is offering Dell XPS 14 PC + Sony Cyber-shot camera at $1,099.99, and the Windows 7 Home Premium Family Pack for $149.99.

Of course, there are no actual reviews up yet on the Windows Shop, which means that posting your opinion has the chance of making quite an impact on future consumers.
