As I’ve reported to you a few hours ago, Microsoft rolled out a new update for Windows 8.1 Preview computers, again trying to fix bugs and issues reported by users.

Some of the patches are supposed to fix performance and stability bugs found in the OS update, while others are specifically designed to address problems with the built-in features.

Of course, the fixes are delivered to Windows RT 8.1 Preview devices through the integrated Windows Update tool, so you have nothing more to do than to connect your tablet to the Internet.

As far as 8.1 RT Preview is concerned, it packs the same features as the desktop version of the operating system, with sources familiar with the matter hinting that the final build is expected to be unveiled as soon as August.
