The owners of mobile phones powered by Microsoft's Windows Mobile operating system now have a new option when it comes to giving their devices a personal touch, via the recently released Touch Themes Free from MobilityFlow. The new theme manager is easy to use, comes with a finger-friendly interface, and provides support for a wide range of handsets, the company announced.

The Touch Themes Pro solution can be used for one month for only $0.95, yet users can also opt to pay $4.95 for one year, or $9.95 for the full version.
