Redmond-based software giant Microsoft is nearing fast the release of its new mobile operating system, Windows Phone 7, and it seems that it is also trying to ramp up the development of various software solutions for the platform.

The company already released a series of tools aimed at helping developers come up with applications for Windows Phone 7, while also putting in place various training sessions for them, and some more similar events are set to take place in September, it seems.

In case there are some who want to create an application for the new OS and the tools Microsoft made available are just not enough, they can attend to one of these events to learn more on Windows Phone 7 app development.

“All over the country Microsoft is running a series of Windows Phone 7 Firestarter and Windows Phone 7 Garage events. If you even have an idea for an app I recommend this event highly,” William Zack notes in this post on his MSDN blog.

“Please sign up for our lab and we will follow up with a time slot just for you. When registering, please reference RSVP code ADS,” the blog post notes.

Microsoft expects for many developers to be interested in these events, which means that developers should hurry if they want to find an open slot.

“Because of the large number of developers creating apps for the Windows Phone we expect these architecture design sessions to fill up quickly. So, in addition to registering for the event using the code above we also ask you answer a few preliminary questions for us,” the post continues.

These presentations on the development of Windows Phone 7 apps and the Garage, where devs can load an app on an actual device, should be accompanied by an “Ignition” lab, meant to help app builders architect their software solutions.

A series of one-on-one mini-architecture design sessions are on display here, enabling devs to learn how they can architect an app, or how they can get it to the market.

“Our team of mobile, database, services, and cloud experts will help make your application ready for our for the best phone platform on the planet,” the blog post continues.
