Nokia and Microsoft have started pushing the Windows Phone 7.8 software update to Lumia devices since last week, and the first issues with the platform are already starting to emerge. Nokia Lumia 800 owners, for example, are currently reporting that the device exhibits incredibly low music audio volume following
the update, as
this thread on Nokia's support website shows.
Apparently, those who re-flashed their devices with the older firmware have managed to resolve the issue, which means that the hardware is not to blame here,
WMPoweruser reports.
This is not the first time that Nokia’s devices are plagued by audio issues, as both Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 Windows Phone 8 devices have showed audio problems before.
For the time being, it’s yet uncertain what causes the aforementioned issues, or what Nokia is willing to do to correct them.
