Redmond-based software giant Microsoft appears to have resolved the issues that caused start screen problems for devices receiving the Windows Phone 7.8 OS update, and that it is ready to deliver it to its users once again.

In fact, it appears that the owners of Nokia devices running under the Windows Phone 7.5 platform release are already receiving the platform upgrade again, at least this is what a recent tweet from Nokia Care claims, according to Daily Mobile.

“Good news! Delivery of Windows Phone 7.8 has begun again at 20:00 East European Time (UTC+2) on the 14th March 2013,” said tweet reads.

Microsoft halted the update's roll-out a few weeks back, claiming minor issues. However, it appears that the company was able to push it only to a minor portion of all devices that were supposed to receive it.
