If you have or had a mobile handset with a Windows Mobile operating system, I'm sure you have always wondered
why hasn't Microsoft implemented some kind of task management system or why are they keeping that X button to minimize the program windows instead of closing them.

Now the times when you lived in confusion are gone because High Tech Computer Corp., that goes in public under the name of HTC, has developed a task manager application that lets you customize the way the X button on the corner of the running program windows is acting. With this new toy you can very easily set the X button to end the running programs at a simple tap on it, or - if you like to make more effort while doing it - by tapping and holding the X.

HTC has declared that this application will come bundled with their future devices, but has failed to mention exactly about what devices they are talking about: all devices they manufacture or only the ones that carry the HTC brand? Perhaps we'll just have to wait until this question will be answered or maybe somebody that is closer to the HTC company will give us an answer.

Till then, have fun and enjoy the idea of future Windows Mobile enabled devices that come with a bundled task management application.
