A new version of the app makes the process of downloading hotfixes a lot easier

Windows Hotfix Downloader is a small application that helps you to quickly download the hotfixes suitable for your Windows operating system, thus keeping your computer up-to-date with minimum effort.

The app has recently received an update that improves the overall stability and performance, so some of the previously reported crashes should no longer occur after deploying the new version.

Another set of improvements rolled out a few days ago added new shortcut keys and implemented dedicated features to prevent sleep, a process that would normally stop the hotfix downloading process.

Windows Hotfix Downloader works on all versions of Microsoft’s operating system, including XP, Vista, 7, and 8. Both 32- and 64-bit builds are supported. In addition to Windows, it can also download updates for Microsoft Office 2010 and 2013.
