A new flavor of the Windows Embedded Developer Update is now available for download, namely version 1.1.92.0. Windows Embedded Developer Update is a tool designed to provide developers and users with the possibility to automatically search for, download, and install new updates for Windows Embedded Standard 7.
The app can be used to update the developer tools and distribution shares for both Windows Embedded Standard 7 and Windows Embedded Standard 7 Service Pack 1.
The tool will automatically alert on new updates, and it can also offer the option to immediately download and install these bits.
The app is available for download on machines running under Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows Vista Service Pack 2, and requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 to be installed to work.
