Windows 9 is expected to bring several major changes to Microsoft’s modern platform, but while the software giant remains tight-lipped on the project, plenty of rumors are pointing to more or less important features that are expected to be added to the OS.

A concept published on YouTube during the weekend envisions on the user interface of Windows 9 based on the existing rumors, adding potions to pin Metro apps to the taskbar and settings to run them in their very own windows right on the desktop.

The concept was created with the help of Stardock’s ModernMix app which allows Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 users to launch Modern tools in separate windows.

As far as Windows 9 is concerned, the new OS is expected to launch in April 2015, but Microsoft is very likely to share new info on the project this year at BUILD.
