More and more users are blasting Microsoft’s new Windows 8

We’ve already told you that plenty of users turned to Microsoft’s support forums to criticize the newly released Windows 8 operating system, but the number of disappointed consumers is continuously growing to a record level.

A dedicated thread created for those who wish to blast Windows 8 currently has 31 pages and, as far as users are concerned, it will most likely continue to get new postings, as several new messages are published every day.

Here’s what some of the users are saying about Windows 8:

“This is the worse operating system I have ever seen. Microsoft should give everyone a refund of their money for time, trouble and aggravation!”

“I have had computers since there were computers. I have never had as much trouble mastering any other program. Windows 8 is terrible. 7 wasn't bad and then I upgraded to 8. BIG mistake.”

Windows 8 is the worst ever OS. Windows XP might be ancient compared to the aforementioned but it's the best operating system ever.”

Microsoft, on the other hand, doesn’t wish to comment on these messages and not a single forum moderator got involved in the discussion. The good thing, however, is that the company doesn’t close the thread, even though it could soon become one of the largest on the entire forum.

If we are to trust the Redmond-based technology giant, everything is going according to plan when it comes to Windows 8 sales, and its initial uptake is in line with those recorded by Windows 7 after its launch.

To be clear, Windows 7 is considered one of the most successful Microsoft products to date, not only by the Redmond-based technology giant itself, but also by analysts, retailers and users across the world who are more than satisfied with its features and performance.
